• Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure.

• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and may include administrative fees.

• Travel Documents: Passengers are responsible for ensuring their passports, visas, and other travel documents are valid and up-to-date.

• Health and Safety: Travelers must comply with health and safety guidelines, including vaccinations and any COVID-19 regulations.

• Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety issues, or regulatory changes.

• Accommodation: Accommodation is provided as per the package details. Any changes or upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges.

• Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay due to factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, political instability, or airline cancellations.

• Behavior: All travelers must adhere to the local laws and customs of Saudi Arabia. Any misconduct may result in the termination of the package without a refund.

• Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended. It is the responsibility of the traveler to obtain adequate coverage.

• Complaints: Any complaints must be reported immediately to the tour leader or company representative to be addressed promptly.
